Resolved - K2 Admin items/cat blank page error

Hey Guys,

For the benefit of the community - if you have installed K2 and are having blank page issues, by this i mean via admin panel you try to add or trash an item or category and in the process it runs and returns ZERO errors and displays a BLANK (WHITE) page. Then do the following and see if it corrects it.

Disable the plugin "Smart Search - K2" under manage admin section.

I've tried to resolve this issue for 2 weeks, googled, search K2, there is very little info on how to resolve this but a lot of complaint.

So hopefully this works for others.

Thanks a lot for sharing that, however if so, the plugin becomes useless and I think K2 should be aware of this to fix their product by looking for the root of problem rather than throw it away, did you contact them?
