Problem with Multilanguage Setup

I'm using music template and have set up a multilingual site as per gavick instructions but I'm having the following problems:

1. The Home button, remains with the label home no matter what Language I choose. I would like to display the language corresponding menu item names. (e.g. Home for English, Blahblah for French, etc)

2. The Home button is not highlighted when home page is displayed, that is, it is not set to active. This is not nice at all.

Am I missing something here in configuration? Everything else seems to work as expected.

In the image Below Home button (circled) should be highlighted as does "The company" button when I click on it (second image below)

Of course I would also like to be able to Use different words for "Home" for each language.
