Yes, it is but probably your editor settings clear HTML tags when you put them via template settings. You need to check editor settings or use the easiest way and put the code directly in template/layouts/blocks/footer.php file.

Editor settings you can change in editor plugin settings (in plugin manager).

Hi bkrztuk,

Would you be so kind to direct me to the right line number and the code where I may be able to place
Code: Select all
<div style="text-align: center;"><small>Web Site Name l Copyright © 2012 - 2015 l All Rights Reserved.</small></div>
<div style="text-align: center;"><small>Web Design by: <a href="http://www.lunaritsolutions.com" target="_blank" title="Lunar IT Solutions">Tucson Web Design</a></small></div>
in the footer position directly accessing and editing the footer.php file as you have mentioned in one of your previous posts?

Thank you for your prompt reply!
Kindest regards,
Saeed

Regardless of what settings I have used, the html tags were not accepted by the copyright box in the Features section of the template settings. :(
Kind regards,

Of course HTML tags are acceptable in footer but since Joomla 1.7 have been released the default CMS settings strip tags in input fields. Please look at your editor plugin settings to disable this feature.
