IE9 not rendering loads Quirks mode

Hello my Music template does not render in Internet Explorer 9 . Presents a Html 1113 error and changes to Quirks mode that tottaly destroys the template css.

Do someone have a fix to this can´t use template with this bug.

Solved i made a modification to index.php with a refresh script... my fault!
