pupup issues

Hi
I am working with your template and do have several popup issues.
can you please tell me how I can fix this issues (frame too small)

att two examples. one is the avatar change popup
and the other is the event picture change pupup

Also i heard you can change the name of this file "gk_style.window.css" e.g. "gk_style.window1.css" and it fixes it - however not best practice.
