Force facebook count

Hi !

I'm using my folio in his latest version, with all plugin too.
Problems : in template configuration - > Social API
when i select facebook count, it doesnt take effect.

Wanna know how to force it ?

Hi, sorry, it was long, but i read something, about K2 cause i'm using K2 and joomla content, if i understand, social sharing have different dependency from the template ?
