Problems to edit the contact and picture index

Hello there!
I'm trying to edit the Contact in the menu and the problem is that it's block and says that other user modificated this element, but I just have one user, and is the super admin.

The second question is, may I have just one picture on the index which takes the whole width of the template?

Please use "Maintenance" > "Global Check-in" and try again.

About the second issue, you can use "header" position to display full width.
