Article Layout GRR

Hey guys I am trying to build a site and for the life of me I cannot remove the Article title and another random word sitting ontop:

How do I remove the massive writting on top that says "Articles" I have select all options in article paramaters to Hide Title and category etc... I even went into menu and select hide article title and category and still this writting comes up... is it the template?
