json problem

Hello!
I have a strange error here, when I try to edit something in the configuration file, like social api or something else, system saves configuration in the .json file but there are no template changes. It seems that they are saved but are not properly applied to the template. My /config permission folder is set to 775. Plus if I switch color style from red to blue is displayed red, if red I see it in blue..
