mobile version appearing from a desktop computer

Hello,

I've been using Myfolio template for a web in joomla 1.7. It is already online and working. However, sometimes, when I try to open it from my desktop computer, it goes directly to the mobile version.You can see it in the attached image. It has happened to other people as well. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi,

I don't see the issue happening now, but I think it's because of cache system which saves data the same time an user is visiting your site by a handheld device. I'm not sure if we have had a solution for this problem, I will need to talk with our developers on next Monday and get you updated later.

Developers say that the bug has been fixed since version 2.5 of Gavern Framework, you can get the fix by upgrading your cache plugin to latest version https://www.gavick.com/documentation/jo ... ce-plugin/

Can you please tell me what exactly do I have to upload. I don't see a rest_files folder in the 2.5 gk_folio quickstart. Is it "gavickExtcache" and "plg_gkcache" in plugins/system?

Hi Don, I read the article and did not find the plugins mentioned. What I have here are those same plugins in a folder called "gk_eSport_rest_files_J! 17"

Can I install plg.system.gkExtCache what is inside this folder? Or have a specific version for the J25?

You can download it from any template download section, for example: https://www.gavick.com/download/joomla- ... phone.html

Go to there you will see a rest file package, download it and unzip you will see the plugin to install.
