customize the hover images

Sorry for my poor English, I used a translator.
I would need to know how to customize the hover images when mouseover ot diferents hover texts as "launch project" for the different images.

In another post indicabais following:
"Well if admins can add identifier 'for each gallery item nsp Then you can add custom css hover image for each' nspart" but ultimately not explain.
Css or php file that I modified to do?
