Copyright of the Pictures in Latest Projects

is it possible to use the pictures in "Latest Projects"? I`ve seen one of the pics at istockphoto.com - i dont want to get in trouble, when i use them..

It gets images from K2 items which are loaded within the module, therefore just change images in your K2 items then it will affect the changes to your module.
