weird text strings with joomla 2.5

Hello guys,
I just installed MyFolio using the Joomla 2.5 Quickstart and get some weird text strings, please see attachment... Any idea?

Please overwrite template language files in root/languages directory.

thx but no effect... I reinstall the hole quickstart as well but still weird text... Any idea?

The only problem can be language files, please check file permissions in ../language directory.

What the permissions should be?

My permissions are following:
root folder: rwxr-xr-x
language folder: rwxr-xr-x
en-GB: rwxr-xr-x
all .ini: rw-r--r--

I used "fix permissions" function from Admin Tools...

I have the exact same issue with the 2.5 quickstart. The 1.7.4 quickstart works fine. File permissions for the language directory are correct.
