Some of my category layouts are unusual

Hi I have only recently uploaded myfolio and am finding a lot of category or menu pages showing everything in the category eg.,

Any suggestions of what setting is triggering this?

Hi

If I understand it right You want show only a part of the article from category? Right? Depending what is the content (joomla article or k2 articles) than this should be configured in category settings or directly under menu item element. With K2 items take a look if settings are not inherited from a different category.

Not exactly. I just want them to be category lists. I have checked and although I could be wrong I have them set in joomla menus as category lists layouts.

Ok. Please send me joomla panel access. I need to check it myself, becuase category list is just a list of article titles and not what You have right now at all.

Hi

Ok. I got it. But I need Your help to find the page in the menu. I've checked all category list views and this part is displayed ok, so I suspect that in this particuar case there is a different view used. Please tell me exacly how to get to this page from example (menu item path).

Ok well it seems to be all the categories in Polo Clubs and Polo Players and Polo Town

POLO TOWN is in the left hand column menu under the Table of Contents menu module. There under polo town category you will find several links and some of these display as lists and some are not. I would like all of them to be lists. I think I have them set correctly but I could be wrong.
Also in the Search by Club Menu again on the left column down the bottom. If you look in here all the categories layouts are confusing. Im not sure what is going on. But it is all lists that I want everywhere. I have not put any blog layouts at all on this site. However it looks like this template has converted alot of layouts to blogs somehow.
If you just look around this site and find a blog layout then it has only arrived since this template was uploaded. I would like everything to stay as list layouts.

Hi

I see where the problem is. The categories which are displayed ok are simply set to "Use global", so default settings. While the wrong one are filled with values. Please check it Yourself.

It's on the right side on every menu item setting page.

POLO TOWN is default category list but the layouts of subcategories are blogs??
