K2 Catagory layouts issue

I am having trouble with my K2 settings for the category layouts on my site...I just can't seem to figure out how to get all the images the same size which is as large as i upload (usually 500px wide longest edge).

Basically every category in my work menu has a slightly different way of displaying my work.

I simply want three or 4 articles with the images all the same size.Then a page display and links to other articles at the bottom. I want this style to uniform with all of my menu category links so the site looks the same.

I know its something to do with the K2 settings but I have tried so many varients and never seem to find the right results. My site is complete apart from this so I would love to sort this out and advertise it.

Hope someone can help, I know it will be something simple and I and I being stupid.
