Launch project buggy?

Hi,

When a web browser loads my home page with the 'launch project' Gk NSP some times the hover animation works fine on some articles and sometimes doesn't. It seem really random on what/when it wants to work or not work?

Is there something simple why this is not working 100% on every page load?
