Style switcher & template color

Why if I turn off the "Style switcher" the red "template color" option selected from admin does not work?:S

Its mixed up select Blue and it should go red!

I found out this as i wanted red without the style switcher and came up with the same problem.

It worked for me so i assume it might be a little bug.
