Template error

Hi, I just installed this template and I get this error:

Notice: Uninitialized string offset: 0 in C:wampwwwbycocutemplatesgk_myfoliolibgk.framework.php on line 571

What's happening?

what is your php version and which installation are you using . e,g quickstart or normal template...

Also what is your setting in Joomla Admin> Global Configuration > Server > Under "Error Reporting"
