template is too heavy for my servers

we are building my news website using the template "The World News II", but doing tests verified that this template is too heavy for my servers.

you have any information on minimum requirements for a server, or ways to optimize my servers for a better functioning?

We don't have any requirements for a server to run our templates properly except of the requirements from Joomla, so your site should work well with the template like others.

If the site is now too heavy for your server, please check to uninstall unnecessary extensions and turn on all optimization and cache mode. Also always remember to keep your Joomla, extensions, template up to date, if possible just consist to upgrade your server to have a better CPU and RAM...
