Why does system cache break my site

hi i am having major problems with my template when i enable system cache. the template is world news pro and when i enable system cache to make the site faster, sometimes i get a missing picture and other times i get writing on a module that is about 28px.

can anyone please let me know why this is happening and what i need to do to stop this from happening.
