Content not showing

Sorry for my english. I have a big problem with this template (The World News II - Joomla 1.5).

I registered my site to system Backlinks Genius, that I got with my news portal a few cents/for day.
This system change existing words (keywords) to active Internet addresses (URL).

But does not work with this template. The links not open the article, link opens whenever the main page (Home). The error is in the template.

When I change another template (Purity, Beez, Rhuk Milyway) everything works good.

I have in all menu items exactly selecting section and category.
Problem is that "backlinksgenius plugin" can not add links to the words in the article because it can not open this link:

If I change another template, backlinksgenius plugin works well (they can open this link!) and add links to the worlds in articles (for example: "cena zlata"). See:

In Joomla administration I have installed the old The World News template too, but this does not work.
Please Don change in my Joomla backend another template, see the problem and try it. Thank you.

This is what the developer suggests:

problem can be connected with two things: article comes from a category which has no menu items in the menu or on the category page on the mainbody position is loaded a module. In general the module on mainbody position should be loaded only on the homepage to avoid problems with showing components.
