TWN II Questions (Main Menu)

Now that I have this sucker up and I am testing it out - AWESOME!

This new Jomsocial version of the TWN II template is simply stunning! Let me just congratulate you guys at Gavick for nailing it -elegant, classy, sophisticated, clean. I love it!

That being said, I am not sure if the following question is easily possible on the admin side OR if it is a customization issue.

Main Menu:
The red header snapshot I included. In my opinion, this Main Menu bar is the one and only thing design-wise that I feel does not match the friendly, "social" aspect of the template. I think it's too formal or bland or something. I cannot quite put my finger on it - like it's too conservative to go with the other "style." Once you login and immediately see the tabs and icons of the Jomsocial pages - that is very appeasing to the eye. (Even the GavickPro Main Menu here is nice and makes great use of space.)

I want to make my Main Menu look more like the Twitter Main Menu. (Snapshot included.) I like it's use of website real estate, etc.

a.) It stretches out entirely at the top of the template.
b.) The company logo is inserted.
c.) The search box is included.
d.) My User Avatar is at the top as well, once I log in.

To get my Main Menu to look like that, is this a custom design issue or something I can do from the admin back end?

Default template does not have this function there fore you need customization to bring all required items in the same menu bar...

Can anyone out there recommend someone or some company to customize this Main Menu for TWN II at a reasonable price? Or maybe their is a main menu extension I can install or adjust. I will pay for a good solution.

I want it to resemble the Top Dark Grey/Black Bar in Twitter or Gmail and span across the entire screen. I'm not sure how this will effect the mobile ability though.

I also would like someone to install an additional font from Font Squirrel. (I am not familiar with it or if their fonts are somehow pre-loaded within this template already.)

My team loves the Jomsocial Theme you guys added to TWN II. That aspect looks amazing! If I were a newspaper, the WHOLE site would be completed and very elegant.

After much discussion, we are not sure if the actual main, outside look of the TWN II template fits with our playful vision and what we are trying to "sell." The blog pages, home page is so formal and conservative. We need something a little more fun.

We ALSO need to sell memberships and promote what we are selling. Let me explain. We are food networking website for young chefs.

a.) On the super main home page we want to explain why people should sign up and pay. (Exclusive deals, recipes, wine tasting events, etc.)

b.) Various writers and chefs recommend certain food/wine related apps. We want to prominently feature some of those apps and display them in an organized fashion on the home page.

So basically, before people log in and sign up, we need some pages that resemble your AppSite Template, AppPhone Template. (I really want to use the Coffe Template, but I have a feeling it is too old at this point, as all of our components and extensions are new. With older templates, we've encountered Mootools problems.)

If we have the "gk_style" selected in the Jomsocial template section, can we use another primary template as mentioned above? Or would there be conflicts?

Expect to release tomorrow the JomSocial 2.4 theme for both TWN 2 J!1.5 and J!1.7.
Major changes were made, including theme style.
