have you tried to upload this template: gk_twn2_rest_files_J!17\jomsocial_2.6.1_theme ?
this is newer than
gk_twn2_rest_files_J!17\jomsocial_2.6_theme

I suggest you also update JomSocial to 2.6.3.
Of course JomSocial 2.8.x will be much better but you can not use gavick template for component right now until we build it.
