Hello,
On my website i have a home page for desktop version and a home for the mobile version. I have created a new menu for mobile version with his own home.
Now the problem that i see is that "home" from mobile menu is not loaded at the beginning. In mobile version is loading the home from main menu
How to make a different home or how you deal with this problem? A common frontpage differently processed by those two menus?

Hi

Joomla allows one default element, so I'm not sure if it's even possible. I think You need to work on the same page with both layouts just use suffixes hidding elements from mobile or showing for mobile only.

The problem that i get is the cache system, otherwise is ok to create a common layout.
But when i activate the cache system, the first user agent is making the front page to look as he cache it for all visitors.
For example: I delete cache, i visit the front page with my mobile, is ok. Afterwards when i visit it from computer is showing the mobile version (the one which is already cached).
Same happens if i visit the home with the computer first, the mobile version is not working, is showing the cached version of the regular home.
Need instructions for this. please!

Hi

This is a known issue. Please try disable main joomla cache and use cache accessible from template. This is our small plugin which overrides couple of lines in joomla cache (still joomla cache is used, but ned to stay disabled).

Hi

Ok. That's great news. By asking to try with disabled cache I just wanted to check if Your problem is related to issue mentioned in this thread. Now I'm guessing it's not, but if You have managed that than I think no investigation will be needed :)
