Registration form unformatted

Recently I had to change server and rebuild our site with TWN II 2.7 version. Everything is working fine except the registration form is all whacked up. See the image attached. What can I do to fix it?

Figured it out. Downloaded the gk_twn2_rest_files_J!17.zip and re-installed mod_gk_register.zip. That took care of it. Thanks.
