After one week of working with the project of a magazine for Scandinavia, I am shocked to explore that all the special characters they use: ( æøå ÆØÅ ) is NOT displayed correct.
The editor have chosen this template because of the narrow fonts and at the moment I have no solution.
I have not found any font that is as narrow as this.

I think it is a big mistake to launch this template without support for more than 20.000.000 Scandinavian readers. I cannot find any "warning" in the document that says : "This template will not support the Scandinavian characters".

Here is some pictures of what happens, both in the menu, but also in the heading of an article.

I think I have the right to have support so that your font will support us.
If you show how to hack the bit and byte, I can fix it, but you must lead me to where to start.

Hi,

We haven't forgotten ;) Only the font author can forgot ;)

On this page: http://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/bebas-neue

you can download the @font-face kit with the Norwegian subset

How do I impliment this.
I have tried and did this:
1.) In the template/fonts I found 6 files.
2.) In the Fontface tool that you linked to I downloaded the Norwegian toolkit
3.) Those 6 files I replaced with the original in the font folder. (I of cause renamed the original to have the possibilities to go back
4.) Now the font are NOT the same and the heading is small letters, not only capitals as in the package

Please describe a little bit more what to do

Please replace the fonts/BebasNeue directory with the attached one from ZIP archive.

It was exactly what I did. But I also renamed the org files to o_bebas.... and so on, so I could go back if everything failed.
I will do it again and make some screenshots of what the display is.

I bow down to the ground. It is now perfect. The only difference I can see is that your folder has Capital letters like: BebasNeue and my folder not. Thank you master.

There is also another difference - in the stylesheet.css file the font-family was:

Code: Select all
BebasNeueRegular

and I've changed it to:

Code: Select all
BebasNeue
