Blog View and "Read More" problem

First question is related to both in the subject. I am using JCE Editor. If i put the "Read More" tag where i want to, i cant seem to get thumbnails in News Show module... When i remove the Read more tag, thumbnails are created. That would all be ok, but i would like a blog view my category, and without the Read More tag, i see whole articles in my blog view... and i would just like to gave a thumbnail and a few leading sentences.

The other question is regarded to Blog View itself. I would like it to show article intros with thumbs in 2 columns. Not 1 by 1 below eachother. Or maybe the newest article (also just thumb with intro) is mainbody wide, but the other ones below it are 50% of it, in 2 columns... can it be done, and if it can, how?

it will almost be a month since this topic was posted an still no support...

and still nothing... can you at least tell that its not possible because im delaying going online with my site because of this...
