integrate jomsocial facebook connect into login module

Hello,

after many tries I still can't get the GK Facebook connect plugin (GK4 1,2 - 31 Dec 2011) to work. However I have the Jomsocial Facebook connect working smoothly. How can I integrate it into the GK login module in place of the GK plugin?

Has anyone got a solution for the facebook connect? I don't really care about the jomsocial plugin, it's just that it is working unlike the GK FB login (at least on my site). I would really like to have this functionality on my site, so I'd welcome any advice or solution.

the website is using Joomla 2.5, World News II template, Jomsocial 2.4.2 and jReviews 2.3.16

- is there an issue with the GK FB connect plugin or could it be a problem with my site configuration? Note that the Jomsocial FB connect plugin is working with same ID and secret word.

- if this could come from the GK plugin, can we expect a rectification anytime soon?

- In case nothing is planned in your shedule in the short term, do you think we could have some sopport to help us integrate a third party plugin in the login module to replace the GK FB Connect (like the jomsocial plugin or other). This solution would be great so we can keep the nice and clean layout.
