The K2 package installed with the TWN II quickstart was incomplete. The following error occurs when you click on User Groups and Extra Fields in K2 settings:
/public_html/administrator/components/com_k2/admin.k2.php on line 119
Even though TWN II quickstart comes with the latest version of K2 (2.5.4), just download the latest from getk2.org and reinstall it on your site.
It fixed my issue.
