I want to change the font size for following models

bottom1-bottom6 and bottom7-bottom12

Which Css file should edit ?

Hi

The only css file You should edit is override.css . Changes to other files will occure in loosing it during update proces.

Can I see Your site ? You've forgot to mentioned the joomla version.
