"Popular" members and notifications on JomSocial toolbar

I noticed after several template and JomSocial customizations that the "Popular" members on the JomSocial frontpage doesn't work. Also, the number notifications don't appear on the JomSocial toolbar for "Global Notifications", "Friend Invites" and "New Messages".

I did a quick reinstall of the template quickstart package and latest JomSocial locally and they still don't work.

I can provide login info in PM if needed, but it appears that it would be an issue for everyone.

Hi

That's odd because it's working on a demo site. Please send me joomla panel access and a direct link to the problem.

I'm having an issue with sending PMs. No matter what I do, they remain in my Outbox.

Hi

Sorry but I have no idea. Try overwrite it with joomsocial. It's really hard to tell what is interfering with it. Maby it's a good idea to ask this question on jomsocial forum since this is their part of the code.

I'm sorry... what I meant was that I'm trying to send you a PM here on the Gavick Forum and the messages are not being sent; they are remaining in my Outbox. I need to get you my admin and ftp info to troubleshoot.

Hi

Do not worry, it get throught already.

Unfortunately it didn't change the fakt that I cannot find the issue. So I think You should ask jomsocial developers about it, because it's their part of the code.

Additionaly You can unpublish extetion after extention and see if none of them is interfering with javascript there.

Thank you for checking again. I moved my local fresh install of TWNII Quickstart and JomSocial to http://www.teacherresourcemanual.com/fresh. You can see the issue there.

I'll also request assistance from JomSocial like you suggested.

Here is what JomSocial Support said:
"This issue caused by gk_style2 Jomsocial template as well, I suggest you contact Gavick Developer for checking and fixing this issue."

I, again, installed the latest TWNII quickstart, TWNII JomSocial template and JomSocial component. The issues are still there.
