logo missing

Hello, I added 2 new positions in the template. So I modified 2 files : templateDetails.xml and logo.php. it worked well until for some reason the logo and new position disappeared.. It seems the logo.php is not loaded. it occured right after I tried to add a banner in position inset1.

Do you have any guess of what append?
