Big problem with world II template

Hy i have done account at gavick.com since 2009 ,and since i start making sites i use only gavick templates.I have a site since 2009 in Romania is a site for woman(health,fall,fashion ,lifestyle) the site name is www.femei-frumoase.ro For 2012 I want to redesign my site and i use world II news template.Because i cant work direct on the server to not lose visitators I made it on my computer first ussing easy.php 3.8.1.I made some changes for exemple (i moved login area from the initial position to ' topmeniu2 and the 2nd one I moved the logo from center to left and create a new module poition for ads near logo)
-I installed joomla 1.7.3 on my computer server(easy php) after i upgrade it to joomla 1.7.4 and last time i updrade it to 2.5.0 (the last version from joomla. org as gavick.com recomande it)
-I have the last version of template from gavrik.com 2.5.J
-I read all the instruction for this template (installation,configuration,cache config. etc) and also follow them
-The problem is that on my local server (easy php) on my computer the site with the all articles from database work fine but after uploding online the site seamse to have problems with :loading page is to slow )
-i modify also some links from main meniu because i think this kind of meniu (the new one from the world newsII helps me for seo) but i keept also the old links
-in some categoryes tehe main meniu font become very big and does not fit on the page
I wana know from where or where is the problem I have to work directly on server? For this template require extra modules on server? or wher is the problem ?

In put the site live on other server... and now the templeate is looking good.
But is there a nother problem (you will see in printscreen)
The problem is that, when i queries from google and enter the site menu looks diferent
