divide Logo position into 3

Hi mods,
I would like to have 2 more positions on Logo position.
Could you pls help me?

The size are as below:
My template width: 1124px

Logo size: (W x H) : 190 x 120 px
Banner 1 ( W x H ): 480 x 120px
Banner 2 ( W x H ) : 440 x 120px

The rest space can be used for margin, padding ...etc..

And also the picture Logo.jpg show that the space above and below Logo is too big, I don't need Highligh position. Can u pls help me change the value?
