having a problem with my site and social networks

Hi i am having trouble with my site http://www.in2town.co.uk and social book networks. the ones i am having trouble with is, digg and ping. the problem i am having is, digg 9 out of ten times will not list my site, it comes up with errors which include: unable to access the content please check the url and try again

and with ping fm i am getting the following around 8 out of ten times

these two services are very important to me, so i would be over the moon if someone could solve this problem for me.

On other templates i use i do not have this problem. I thought it may have something to do with an advert i have on my site so i took it off and still does not work
