any way to track memory utilization in portal?

I am using your template and extensions in portal hosted at CirtexHosting - it is really strange, amazing service where despite of 150MB memory limit I have (limit)memory errors.

I would like to check how many memory my components takes really. Is it any solution for Joomla which shows memory usage while page is loading?

I do not know whether the use of several modules mod_news_pro_GK4 does not cause these problems. I have about 4-5 of these modules on the home page.

My fast questions about usage: What should I limit in each set? Does the server memory limit divided by the number of additives and give everyone equally?
