Feed Display Module Breaks Home Page

Hi have a feed display module active on all pages of my website (http://www.michronicleonline.com). For some reason at random times the feed display causes a blank page to appear, at other times the page loads correctly. The blank page only happens on the the home page; on the content pages a feed error will display.

How can this issue be corrected? The only happens with the World News II Template
