RSS feed for all K2 categories

Hi,

how can I create and display one RSS feed to pick up items from all individual K2 categories in World News Pro? In other words, an RSS feed for all of the content (not comments etc, since those are dealt with separately in K2).

K2 forums suggest creating a menu item for a "super-category" containing all other categories, but that is not an option for me. I have a "super-category" but I cannot create a menu item for it or display it. I simply need an RSS feed for all items on the site, and I can't figure out how to do it. It would really have to be quite simple, wouldn't it?

Any tips will be greatly appreciated.
