I have been using this template since September and have exhausted all my efforts to resolve these issues. Both pieces of code simply do not work on my site. Analytics is only tracking the references to the language files (en-gb), and the FB Connect (for JomSocial or from the FB developer site) doesn't work. I even implemented a demo site (without a Gavick template) just to be sure I wasn't missing something.
While troubleshooting I noticed both code snippets are place just before the <body> tag, and both should be inside the <head> tag.
I saw a post which implied this was fixed in an update for the template, but it hasn't been. Can I get any insight or a link to some info that will fix this. BTW - I have requested an answer to this problem at least twice before!
