I've checked this page with w3c validator and looks ok but in my opinion you have wrong HTML code in one of the articles which destroy the layout, please check your articles html code to make sure this is not the source of problem.

It is possible that another section or link can be seen as the main section ... To show in detail all modules like the beginning.

I believe it's using date function so the vlue should be "g:s a".

If it's using strtime than "%M:%S %P".

This is why I wanted to see the panel. I do not know which one to use.
