Last step JSocial registration. No Next or Finish button

I have a problem in the last step of activation of JomSocial. After uploading the avatar, there is no button to finish. Only one link at the top to skip. ( http://www.comunidadearquitetura.com.br )

And, where are the templates of emails sent to activate? I need to convert to UTF8 without Boom.
