Choosing a different default post image ("GK DEMO")

hi,
there is an "GK DEMO" image that shows up in articles that come with the installation. i'm wondering if there is a way for me to replace that image with my own, so that all my posts would have a default image, unless i put a different one in. But i can't find the original GK DEMO, because all i see are references to its cached version. any tips would be appreciated.

You may find those image files under folder /images/stories/

Please remember to temporary disable cache in modules to see changes immediately.
