Problem with the upgrade

Hi,
I upgrade the template istalling the last version, after the update I see some problem, for example, the language of the facebook button down the articole baecome in english not in Italian as before, and in the backend, in templte setting is set it_IT as before the upgrade.

The second problem is that the +1 button, when I open in explorer is always +5, in mozilla firefox and in google Chrome work well.

The third problem is tha when I click on like on facebook button the immage that is take is not the immage of the article but an other immage of the site that is always the same.

I hope that you can resolve soon this problem

I see in a test site that if I overwrite the old folder gk-twn2 of template that I have saved in a backup in ftp, all the problem disapperar, you advise me to do in this way?
Before the template was perfect, I have upgrade because I thinked was a goof things.

Can you submit a ticket to provide me with your site access and FTP access then I will check and fix those issues for you? Then let me know the ticket ID.

Before upgrading the template, have you made any customizations on it? If not, it's better to let me do the upgrade again for you.

I fixed the language issue for you. Do you want to move the social bar upper the article content?

I don't see this issue. I opened this article in IE, it showed +1 http://www.2duerighe.com/esteri/2995-si ... uerra.html

I'm checking this with our developers.

Pheraps I explained bud the third problem, the problem isn't that the button +1 is +5, but that the value of +1 in explorer are 5, like if five person click it on when no one click it. If you see the value of +1 in mozilla begin at 0 and when the people click it on become 1,2,3 etc. while in explorer begin to value 5, I hope that now i explain well the problem, sorry for my bad english.

Oh I see it now, it happens with IE7 & IE8 but works fine with IE9. Our template doesn't manage to count and show that value number, it is generated by Google Plus over API, so, this is a bug of Google+. I will search around to see if this is a known issue.

Regarding the thumbnail image issue when sharing articles to FB, there is no solution for it as it is also an issue of Facebook API service. Our developers recommend to use GK Open Graph plugin.

I understand all, you say me that the problem is of google + and facebook, but before the upgrade all work good. How is possible?

I see now another problem, that there was in the precedent version of the template, but that you fixsd with the ticket assistance: as you can see in this page: http://www.2duerighe.com/lazio.html, in the article called: Palme romane addio!
happen that when the title is short, the text of the articole begin near the title and not after.

To resolve the precedent problem what I have to do expect?

If I overwrite the folder of old version fixed that work good that I keep in my backup, may created a problem? , because the old verison is perfect, this have different problem.

You can try this solution:

Open file: /templates/gk_twn2/css/joomla.css

Add this code to bottom:

}

I don't know how I can do this. This is a number of my past ticket #JZP-180-60307, were there is all acces date, can you help me to solve this problem? I Know that is a little code but I don't Konow were I have to put it.
