problem with 23c validator, doesn't work

Hi, sorry for my bad english, i try to explain you my problem.
my seo advisor tell me to ask you why is impossible to use this: validator.w3.org/ for my web site, the error is:
Sorry, I am unable to validate this document because on line 585 it contained one or more bytes that I cannot interpret as utf-8 (in other words, the bytes found are not valid values in the specified Character Encoding). Please check both the content of the file and the character encoding indication.

The error was: utf8 "\x80" does not map to Unicode

Yes, the web site is www.2duerighe.com

It's really hard and a real challenge to find out where the issue comes as it doesn't show us the code or at least the wrong characters... I have searched around the net for the same issue and got this discussion http://www.phpfreaks.com/forums/index.p ... c=324787.0

Please try changing your default template to check if the issue comes from out template then let me know.

I have try with default template and work good, don't work only with the world news II template.
I hope that you can solve this problem
