Has anyone had the problems i have had with this template

Hi i cannot believe the problems i have had with this template. i used the quick install one for joomla 1.7 and then found major problems when trying to install sh404sef. i had to get a tech guy who said there was a bug in the quick install of the template.

Now i am trying to get my template www.in2town.co.uk to look like the demo but i have wasted the past two days trying to sort this. i am having major problems with the top1 position where i am trying to get the main article and then articles along the side.

i would like to see proper documentation of how the demo works and how to get everything working before i extend my membership. there are so many questions on the forum that have never been answered.

moderators or owners, please sort out proper instructions so we can all enjoy the templates and get them working
