explorer and "The world news 2"

Beside luck of documentation, installed the quickstart and using explorer, the right below column drops down and shifts to the right. It looks okay with Chrome and Mozilla but not with explorer. Can the gavick crew tell me why, please.

PS: saving change in users panal is also not posible to do using explorer.

This is a problem of joomla 1.7. Install this path
