Problem with changing the LOGO of the site

Hello. I have problem with changing the site logo The World News 2! Actually it can't be changed! I apply a new logo but the visible one is The World News 2. I've tried to delete it from Cpanel but somehow it comes from somewhere againg. Any solutions? Thanks.

Hi, this is not working either. Anyone have an idea how to change the logo? Thanks.
