Well, you can do the following, if you don't know what to add on any of the Menus that displays on the sites Top Menu I, II or II, you can disable JomSocial toolbar on the component, then since JomSocial already generated a default Menu on your Menus during installation, just go to Extensions » Module Manager, and assign the JomSocial menu to any of those positions.
As for JReviews... Haven't installed yet, trying to exchange memberships or something to have it, but usually problem is that components use almost the same UL or LI attributes.
You can try to use the editor I use,
Stylizer 5 which is way faster to resolve this conflicts than Dreamweaver or anything else.
Problem solved.
