changing images in article demos

where are these images located for me to change them, they also appear in the photo slide and at the top of each article?

also, how do i get my articles to display in the drop down menu below the slide, i can get some to show by replacing the articles in the k2 demo but others are not shown, also having problems ordering them.

Also having an issue with the title "Fats" appearing in the tab under the headers but it isn't related to the first article?
