Article grid problem

as you can see in the picture i would like to make the squares in which the articles are displayed a fixed height, because now it just looks ugly. any help would be really nice.

Like i already replied on other your post, the best way is to limit the amount of characters on Header and Text content.

please read my answer in the other post. i am talking about the ARTICLE GRID not about the gk4 news module.
